Taylor,Reed & Sloan OR Brodman & Phillips & Asso, Are Commiting Fraud & UN-Fair Debt Collection Practices and getting away with it.
These are people pretending to be helping but only helping themselves!!!
I must ask myself how does one go about committing such a fraudulent acts in business and continue to get away with it. I am sickened looking at the repeated stories on the web and seeing it over and over. The BBB has many stories and seems to do NOTHING to assist consumers. Shame on them!
People over and over have mentioned contacting the State Attorney Generals Office. I see NOTHING to assist consumers .Federal Trade Commission NOTHING to assist consumers.
I did see some resolve for one consumer who contacted a Gentleman at The Broward County Courthouse in Fort Lauderdale Florida. I mention the location because so many pages after pages of Business People even put of state have had dealings with these people. But they are still doing their thing.
As a matter of fact sitting on my desk right in front of me is a message to call Chirs Brodman of Brodman & Philips Asso. at 954-617-3914 just today. I called and they have a message setup. Unable to take my message at this time.
Now the strange thing is my partner and husband is trying to contact them to have them pay us the balance for the $2100.00 which they collected over two years ago from a Client. Who paid off a bad debt to us to them. (If they treat Client like they do, I'd hate to be on the other side of the debt collection process!) We have only in that time with great dedication of calling all the time and bugging them to death. Most would've of given up! We have been treated VERY RUDELY by the staff of Taylor Reed and Sloan! We have only been sent two checks each one for $250.00 with "partial payment in the memo" on the check. So they collect our bad debt and then keep that money for themselves. Looks to me like they are playing some legal loophole to their own advantage. You figure some hard working people such as myself and husband are being preyed on by these parasites.
Now I read all kinds of comments about what they have done. Now this is where it gets weird. In your own website. Someone mentioned this:

So the weird-ness Starts kicking in. This may just be their downfall. They Change their name but are still filing paperwork under the name of Taylor Reed and Sloan. These people are so greedy they do know to police themselves The Husband against my better judgment , decides to have them collect on behalf of another deadbeat client (been a rough few years) that now owes us $8500.00. Well that got their attention!. But the husband did it because he figured that we might never get paid get these guys on the deadbeat clients back. Hey what do we got to lose at this rate. So what do I get in my fax machine a Letter from our dear friends at Taylor Reed and Sloan! They want to collect the amount due us by our yet "Other" deadbeat client. The name and documentation is in fact on letterhead stating the following:

Also received a call just this morning from A Collection Company called Brodman and Philips and Asso. guy named Chris his number is 954-617-3914.
Now do ya think it is to give me a check for the balance of $1125.00 as of 06/20/13, that I have been trying to collect since Feb 2011. I don't know but I am calling The Broward County Court House in the morning and asking for RENE OR ANETTE. The Phone number is 954.831.7752 . They seem to be the only people with the white hats. After that I am calling Channel 10, 7 and 4. I want to see this case cracked wide open.
I want justice served. I work hard for my business and my family. Do the right things, raise my kids to do the same. As do all the other good people, that I have read story after story on the web, about what these despicable parasites do. Someone needs to see an end to this! People have gone to prison for a lot less. I have a new cause AND I always see things to the end! I call for a Class Action Suit to put these despicable parasites out of business once and for all.
