I have had the worst experience with this company and making my wedding dress, and it is not over yet. The only form of communication is email. I purchased this dress and I sent an email asking would it be shipped in time for my wedding, because it was taking a longer time than usual. They said I should pay to have expedited shipping just in case. Elsa told me to pay the expedited shipping through Paypal and once I was done to email her the transaction ID. I did as I was told. I received an email that my wedding dress had been shipped.

I had been tracking it and the carrier, S.F. Express told me that the item was shipped standard. I started sending emails to TBDRESS customer service to tell them to add expedited shipping. I was attaching the transaction number and order and sub order number each time. They never added it. I can actually call the carriers and they told me every time that the company I purchased it through would have to add it. TBDRESS stopped answering my emails, so I have been trying to pay the carrier to expedite it, but they say they can’t.

Now here it is Wednesday, February 14, 2018 and it has not left the distribution center in New York and I stay in Georgia and my wedding is 3 days away Saturday, February 17, 2018. I won’t have a wedding dress and all TBDRESS had to do was correct their mistake by calling the carrier and adding the expedited shipping I paid for and I would have my dress. I also sent an email saying that if expedited shipping wasn’t added and I didn’t receive my dress in time I wanted a full refund so I can use the money to purchase another wedding dress.  

I asked in the email what were the next steps to receive the refund. They said to wait five days after it ships from New York. That would be 3 days after my wedding. They have not responded to any other email I have sent. I just want them to add the expedited shipping I paid for so I can get my wedding dress by this Friday. I have fell in love with the dress, I don’t want a refund if I can get it in time. The sad thing is, it looks like I won’t be getting it in time for my wedding, and I won’t have a wedding dress period. A worst Brides dream coming true…
