TC Nails Corporation, TC Nails, TC Nails owner Tom Tran steals from his employees Middletown Township New Jersey
A class action suit will be taken against TC nails of Middletown, and its owner Tom Tran. Employees who have been working there for over a year, have recently been denied payment owed to them for services rendered. In addition, there has been a history of skimming off the top of profits, that were owed to several partners. Through the services of a private detective, there is substantial proof that Mr. Tran has over inflating electric, gas, and tax bills, in order to receive additional profits at the expense of his partners. Also through the use of a private detective, it has been revealed that Tom Tran is in debt both personally and through his business endeavors.
