I have purchased a computer from them stating the computer works perfect, it was faulty within the first day and they would not return my money or exchange it after 2 days of purchasing the computer. They promise things work and when you take it back it's not their problem as long as I have a receipt (which I do and it states within 14 days of purchase).
Further more contacting Microsoft for support, I found I had to purchase a new operating system and that it was installed illegally. Something for future reference is to acknowledge that Windows operating systems are never transferable to any name based on their terms of agreement.
