Teacup puppy store Total Scam Fraud Business Virginia
Appears like a breeder. Post stolen pictures from other breeders. Sent a video of a puppy but not real. We paid him through Western Union because he made all these excuses. Was suppose to send the dog. Received a email from Dexter Saying the dog was at the airport being checked over & paperwork. Then the emailed me wanting $1250 for SPCA Assurance fee. Fraud No such thing They threaten me & said the dog would be stuck there for a month if I didn’t Pay it. Told the breeder I wanted my money back or I would call the police. He laughed. Western Union protects these crocks. Would tell me who picked up the money & where. Told me I had to wait 10 days & then still wouldn’t tell me. Out $629.
