Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
My wife and I visited Team Honda after receiving an offer in the mail, the offer stated that they would pay us MSRP of the base model of our current Honda.
We walked into the dealership and were greeted by more than one salespeople finally I decided to ask two of the gentlemen about the offer, they both chuckled and said "they send them out just to get you in the door" in retrospect I should have turned around and left, but I was still curious about the offer so I caught one of the salesman and asked him what exactly is the deal, he showed me on the other side of the card that there was a huge deduction for every mile on the vehicle. Hey, the offer did get me in the door and right then I should have left, I hate dealerships that have misleading sales tactics, it makes them look dishonest before you even consider doing business with them.
It ended up that after 4 hours of negotiating a deal we purchased a brand new Ridgeline pick-up, I was exhausted but my wife loves negotiating. The vehicle we purchased had a dealer installed pin stripe on it and my wife and I both thought it made the vehicle look tacky so we asked if it was possible to remove it, they said "No Problem" and made us an appointment for a later date.

When we returned to Team Honda to have the stripe removed they sat us in a waiting room and said it should only take a short time, 2 hours later the Service Writer came to get us and said there was a problem getting the stripe off but they did get it removed. They brought us in to inspect it and have us sign off on it, immediately my wife spotted a couple scratches in the paint, the Service Manager said they were from when the stripe was installed and they will buff out (I knew right then there was gonna be a problem, because these weren't going to buff out) he recommended we bring it back and they would have it taken care of.

Another week goes by and we return to Team Honda, this time we drop the brand new truck off for them to buff out and they get us a rental car. After a couple days we return to pick up the truck, they direct us to the cashier for us to sign off on the repair, my wife said "not until I see the truck" and good thing she did, the scratches we still there and actually appeared worse, we spoke to the service writer and she got the service manager to take a look, he seemed to think it looked OK and said "that's the best we can do" I explained that this is a brand new truck and we spent X amount of dollars on it and it looks awful. So he finally agreed and offered to have it (again) buffed by a professional, so after another week we drop the truck off, NO rental car this time, so I had to follow to pick up my wife, by now all the service writers must have been aware what was going on because there were no smiles, they basically took our keys and directed us to the door.

After picking the vehicle up (after hours this time) we drove it home and hoped for the best. The next morning I never even looked at the truck and left for work in my vehicle, a couple hours later my wife called me and said she could still see where the stripes were, so I told here to bring it by my office and I'd have a look, sure enough, it was a beautiful sunny day and it honestly looked like the stripes were still there and both sides of the truck looked like they took sandpaper down both sides in a circular motion, now I'm sure it was caused from whatever they used to buff the brand new paint on our brand new truck, so after we both got off work we drove out to Team Honda once again, this time nobody would come outside to see the truck, finally one gentleman came out and after looking the truck over he agreed that it was damaged, he told me to wax the truck with some Meguires wax and it should look fine (c'mon....really?) I told him that I should not have to do anything, I bought the truck from this dealership and they should make it look new, not me, I didn't damage it to begin with. He went in the dealership for a bit and came outside and gave us an address of a body shop that will fix the paint, the body shop was an hour drive from our home and after 3 trips they finally told us that Team Honda will not pay for any more repairs to the paint of our brand new truck.

We returned to Team Honda and the same gentlemen met us outside and seen the end product and said there was no more they (Team Honda) will do for us, the Service Manager stepped out and looked down the side and said "these vehicles come with a 800 dollar paint job, it isn't gonna get any better than this, besides that truck wasn't even ours" Referring to the previous owner of the Honda dealership, since the vehicle was in their inventory when Team Honda purchased the dealership(I'm quite sure Team Honda made a profit selling this truck). In all of this Team Honda NEVER offered a rental car or any reimburstment for fuel, not to mention all the time my wife and I spent waiting and driving back and forth. If you are considering a Honda steer clear of this dealership, there are plenty of good dealerships out there that offer better service that these people.
