I ordered a Canon SD950 IS from these people. Foolishly, I let them talk me into also purchasing a "high-capacity" battery (supposedly the battery supplied has to be recharged every two hours [lie number one]).
The camera is grey market -- okay, I don't have a major problem with that, but the price doesn't justify it. The camera does appear to be okay, but the guarantee is not Canon's standard North American guarantee for this product.
The battery they sent is an after-market (third party) cheap version of the standard Canon NB-5L battery, the one they said is too small to do the job adequately.
When I called customer service, they repeatedly hung up on me.
AVOID ALL DEALINGS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They lied to me. They cheated me.
They refuse to talk to me.

The correct agency to report problems with this merchant is the New York City Division of Consumer Affairs Consumer Services: DCA Consumer Services 42 Broadway, 9th Floor New York NY 10004-1716 http://www.nyc.gov/consumers New York City has some of the strongest consumer protection laws in the country. My case is currently pending.
