 As anybody can conclude,Mr.Franco uses an self entitlement counterargument to defend our complaint The building inspector long ago made it clear,we did not have to go through Tee construction to hire additional contractors,this was an issue he was attempting to manipulate my wife into believing. As work breaks came and went,we discussed personal issues,of which we never disclosed,posted on the net,the dysfunctional circumstances and alcoholism of mother/relatives of his children. As a Vet,i deal with neurological issues of which require going above and beyond normal medical circumstances.Mr.Franco conveniently edited online correspondence,which now,doesnt suprise us,as we complained to YP reviews,that Franco was giving himself positive reviews. After terminating this individual,the construction site also succumbed to theft of lumber,hardware& tools. All of which were legally documented per authorities,and since installed game cams on property. He plays a good sympathy role,and by no means did this individual do free work,as original complaint states,we were had for over 2k. We also learned that the state office that deals with this type of consumer fraud,had indeed received previous complaints as well.

I sent you all this info already you told me email it to you and i text it to you its still here and or at least not rebuttled so im trying again. I dont understand why haven't you done anything to help my name its your site. I have a little girl to feed and I'm the only one working at the moment my childs mom did not have disability insurance for maternity leave. I don't make much money during winter months. I just don't understand why you let these people hurt good people.

NOTE: THIS PROJECT IS FOR ROSANNA CANNON up in Crivitz WI. JIM CANNON he was crying hugging me talking about how his kid took off with his money and ditch him he was supposed to do the repairs. Also how he can't do the repair cause he's in so much pain and has to smuggle in steroids and drugs to get threw his days. He made me feel sorry for him. These type of people we need to watch out for. He Okayed everything and Rosanna Cannon sent the check from Florida.

My rebuttal : Description of Abuse: this is false information and defamation of character. i did reply. pleases take this off my review. heres the reply. Hi Rosanna i have found your information. It looks like your roof patch labor work does not carry a warranty due to the fact that the roof was involved in a fire and sustained much damage done to it by fire and water. It was noted that the roof was in bad shape and understood that this was not to be a permanent fix. As the patches were not recommened and a new roof was, Jim Cannon was addressed to this your site supervisor.

Warrenties are not covered in these circumstances, due to the elements adding shifting damage to already brittle shingles, and the complexites involved. Your site supervisor Jim Cannon went on top the roof inspected the work and approved it to be to good after he was told this is not permanent, and the labor does not hold warranty. Jim Cannon stated a new roof will be put on in the near future, as he had much of the roof material stored on site which some was used for the patch work. Jim Cannon stated he just needed it to be patched temporarily to get the bank satisfied and off his back.

In these circumstances water/Ice can get in many places with an old dammaged roof like this and travel. So this is why the labor is not warrantied. Thank you I dealt with this customer with yellow pages he's mad cause I won't keep fixing his home for free we had a deal and no warranty on a burned roof and I told him it will leak unless you put a new roof on it and resheet it. I patched it up for him and gave him notice. I drove 2 hours a day to help him and then he started doing electrical work behind my back and I told the inspector so I wouldn't get a fine.

This guy is just mad cause he found me cheep and I did the best I could for him till he started getting bossy and cocky and trying to hire other people under my license. And the property is not even his it's his ex wifes. And the door his buddy gave him a door free I put it in for him we charge 150 a door. He had 3 doors to put in. I sold him one door and put my labor and travel in there this customer is nuts people like me have to work for a living not give out freebies.
