Tele King Telecommunications deceptive company, false claims, consumer scam, being investigated Miami Florida
In July of last year (2002) I endeavored with TeleKing to distribute their pre-paid phone cards. They were anxious to get into a market such as the Dallas/Ft.Worth market. I even talked with (supplied by them) references, and thought it an up-n-up bisiness endeavor.
We however agreed to stipulations in the purchase contracts on a specific performance level, which they failed to perform in the time allotted. I gave them almost a year to make up for it.
Tele King representatives were evasive, not forthright, and lied in many instances about specific business sritical issues. They did NOT qualify their locations, making their leads worth nothing about nine out of ten times.
When confronted, both Frank Schreiber (alleged President), and Jason Goldmacher (alleged Customer Service Director), try to hide behind legal language they think will sustain them.
I amprepared to join a class action or go at it alone.
