When I called to order, I got an automatic ordering line that didn't take the order correctly, so I went to cancel.  I couldn't cancel because the line they gave me was always busy...even after being on hold, it just disconnects.

They sent me a card stating my order is on "back order"

So I finally was able to get thru to cancel.  When I told the lady I wanted to cancel, she just offered me a discount. I told her again I wanted to cancel, she offered me a bigger discount. I again told her I wanted to cancel and report her to BBB. It was only then she allowed me to cancel.

Why must we resort to threats in order to cancel?
