Hello fellow friends in the same boat as me.

I would like to post my comments as well seeing how I dealt with Jay for a year almost. I was taken in by the money back gaurantee and also the $100-$300 a day I could make as well but of course never seen. I bought his search engine package and also spent over 6 months on the computer for at least 5 hrs a day marketing my site per Charla Whites direction and never seen one cent.

I called Jay many a time and he just told me to listen to Charla,well I did and still no sales. He told me from the beginning that all I needed was to spend a hour to two hours a day and he also states that on TechTv as well and I would be making money in as little as 90 days well a year later I'm out of $9,500 and he emails me with responses that I didn't put any effort in my sites. I told him that is so cliche seeing how he tells everyone that!

How much more effort can a person put in their sites, 24/7, and Jay would still say I failed because I didn't put enough effort in it! Of course his famous catch phrase is if you choose to fail that is your decision but I choose to succeed,blah blah blah. Talking to Jay is like trying to convince a brick wall to move, he knows he screwed people and mislead them but yet won't admit it.

Jay says he is at the expo in Vegas but I looked up teleteria on the Expos site and googled Teleteria but didn't get any info on Jay even being there.I myself will go to Vegas and confront him but I doubt he is there.Count me in on the fight against Teleteria and get this guy behind bars.

Hi Jeff This will be a short one. Jeff think about what you had stated and I have heard the same thing word for word.(This is in regards to a unhappy customer) and this is a quote,"its happens every week" How can you run a honest company and have that many unhappy customers.This is a easy one.YOU CAN NOT. I to am in a completly different industry and I to some times have unhappy customers "NOT AT THAT RATE" but what do I do. I do everything that I can to make things right. Ever heard the term the customers is always right? I guess Jay has not. One thing to keep in mind, and this is, if you sign a contract based on fraud "of any type" then this will no longer be valid. I am stating this from my view point only but I do beleive this to be the case. Not at first but now I do feel good about my case personally as well as all other victims. I will be proud to pave the road and set a precedence for all to follow and when I do "and I will" this is what I am going to do, and I am going to end this blog with a quote from the movie Independence Day "GET ON THE WIRE AND TELL THEM ALL HOW TO BRING THEM SONS OF BITXXES DOWN" I hope that I am not sounding overly sure of my case but this is what I have been lead to beleive. I have a little bit of hope by reading your response Richard and hope it all works out for all of us in the end. I am a business owner and even though my business and Jay's business are two different entities I must say when Jay responds to these postings by saying he deals with people like us everyday,well there is something wrong. I clean for a living and you do deal with unreasonable people from time to time but not on a daily basis as Jay states. I believe if you run a honest business you wouldn't have to deal with unhappy customers as Jay does unless you were doing something wrong as Jay clearly does. I'm sure he will respond to my posting sooner or later and come up with the same B.S he says to everyone but he insults me and everyone's intelligence on this board with these pathetic excuses. Jay actually offered to solve my problems by offering me 2 different sites as long as I pay the hosting fees. I thought if the first 2 sites haven't made a nickel then what the hell are these 2 different sites going to do? I don't want different sites just my money back, goes to show you that for Jay to make 2 new sites without charging $7500 like the first time that these sites are way overpriced. Tell you the truth if I would have made a fraction of the money Jay said I would then I would have been more than happy to have paid $7500 for the sites and $2400 for the worthless search engine package. On that note you would think by spending $2400 on a seaarch engine package that you would at least see some money with that alone without doing any of your own "marketing" so why does anyone need that package that Jay pushes? Of course to swindle more money from you that is why, I answered my own question. As his marketing assistant Charla said to me on the phone Jay is a above all a salesman and that he needs to understand the clients needs not just take their money. I also would like to say one more thing, I am not a competitor of Jay or Teleteria that posts negative comments about him or his company nor am I a made up individual who has nothing better to do but to post negative comments on boards. I thought I would get that out of the way because Jay told me these things were posted about him because of the said reasons when I backed out of doing business with him when I came across this website and seen the boards. Hi Jeff, Sorry to hear that you were also a victim. He has put the bite on many. At this point I am still out of my money as well but my particular case will be taken care of shortly. When the score is final on this one, all you victims will be happy to read the box scores. Victim $3800.00 --- JAY 0. He and his wife going to jail PRICELESS. Sorry I had to throw that in. You would think that after ripping off as many people that has claimed that he has"I can say in my case this is FACT" this guy would lay low. But if all you victims kept your docs and in some cases recorded phone conversations it may take time but you will get back your money. I state this knowing what had happen to me. I can't help from believing all these blogs, because I have met the opposition. I think most of us would like to see him in jail but we better slow down just a bit so that we can get the money he owes us first. As of late I feel good about where I stand with mybank,"Although it's not final, but if we are to trust justice everything should go my way. Hang in there! Richard
