Template Tuning Template Monster never delivered service, no support, no help, scam Internet
I bought a Web site template from Template Monster in which they offer a template tuning option for a higher price. I paid for the installation through TemplateTuning. They say they will deliver the service in three to five days...ten days later I couldn't get through to anyone and it was so frustrating. The phone number doesn't work and the "chat" support is nothing more than a person saying "sorry" "I understand" and they clearly don't know the English language as the writing was not right. I wasted so much time and effort and never got the service. Please do not use this service. They are a fraud and should be put out of business.
