Hello, I have been employed by JMAC Financial/Tempo Auto Sales for over 2 years and have been sent a copy of this Rip-off Report. I have been asked to reply. I am very busy, but after reading the report, I see several things that immediatly let me know that this whole thing is ridiculous, thus saving me the time I would have spent looking all this up. 1. Who has ever heard of any company that has ever let a customer "go through his files" for "about an hour and a half" to "staighten out" the company's mistakes. 2. The receipt books are sent to the finance office as soon as they are completed, usually about a week or so. They are never left at the lot. 3. As far as the privacy issue goes, all personal information on the customer is sent to the finance office. No paperwork remains at the lots except for a card with the customer's name and their account balance. If we repo a customer it is due to the fact that they have failed to make the payments on their vehicle. No one is happy when their vehicle is repo'd, however, that doesn't mean that it is anyone's fault but theirs for failing to fulfill their contract. Thanks for taking the time to read "the other side".
