First of all, when you order online, they get your credit card number first and then ask you hundreds of questions about hundreds other items that you don't even intend to order.....My kid was sitting with me when I ordered online and she accidentally clicked yes, on one of stupid questions that this company asks before the final placement of order and there goes- added on Extra $40 stuff  that I didn't even need. I had realized that this happened and called them within 2 hours of order placement that I don't need certain items of my order and reimburse my money for that. They happlily took off the items but money was never reimbursed. Order was shipped from China so it took forever to get the items that I needed. Also,I have contacted them multiple times on chat, email and phone call.....the answer always is- oh Maa'm...Give us 24-48 hours to contact you back and of course- NOBODY contacts me back. They have now even blocked my phone number that when I call them on toll free number- the call does not go through.  A Complete RIP-OFF COMPANY
