I ordered a 10 free trial and paid for shipping. They said if I wasn't satisfied, I could cancel a 30 day automatic order. I called the number to customer service after I received the order and they said they did not have my name, address or phone numer on file. So I had to cancel my credit card that I used for the order so I wouldn't be billed again.
