Terry Kiser, AZ Divorce Attorney Over charged, excessive fees, no legal services rendered, total rip off Phoenix Arizona
Terry B Kiser, Attorney at law in Phoenix Arizona was retained by me to file papers for a simple divorce proceeding.
His firm took $2,500 from me on November 23rd 2009 and began to send paperwork to my wife requesting a settlement conference.
I have over 11 correspondence letters from his firm to my wifes Attorney attempting to set up a meeting. Each time he sent my wifes Attorney an email or letter, his para-legal staff would copy it and mail it to me and then charge me for it.
No meeting was ever set up. I have invoices that will be published in my second consumer advocate book showing that Mr Kiser's office has charged me $30 to send each email and $60 to listen to a voice mail.
All totaled he took $2,500 from me without any professional legal services rendered at all. His non legal staff simply entered data and made phone calls.
I gave Mr Kiser an opportunity to reduce his bill and make it right. He sent me a rude email saying the bill is correct.
Attorney's have a "license to steal" they seem to think they can get away stealing our money without providing any services. I will file a complaint with the Bar Association and post copies of his invoices on my website for all to see. Stay away from Terry Kiser's office. Lets put him out of business.
