In 2007 I purchased a new 2007 Kia spectra from this dealership ,they overcharged me for the car I know when you first purchase a new vehical that you are upside down but I have had this car over a year actually 15 months and Im so upside down I cant trade it. And no I dont have bad credit actually nissian credit approved me on a new nissian if I didnt trade the kia in this happened to me white gm also I went back to the above dealership to see if they would help me and take some of the upside down as I was a privious customer and my dad purchases like 5 cars from these people and my daughter purchased 1 from them but guess what no help what so ever actually they offered me less trade in than nissian. My car is 16 months old with only 14000 miles and in excellent condition every service has been done at the above dealerships. Stay away from this dealership as they only want to make there pocket larger and not there customers happy. I dont have a problem with them makeing money at all thats business. but I think i would rather have a satified customer than a dollar in my pocket. Im not asking for them to give me anything but take some of the slack. So if you dont ever plan to trade your car buy one from them but if you ever plan on tradeing cars dont expect Terry Reid auto group to help you at all

They told me they would help then offered me less than other dealers on my trade and then come to find out they have done approx 20 credit checks on me in a year yep and one time I was in the hospital so I know I didnt approve it Dont give Terry reid your imformation you will be sorry .I told them I would not finiance with Triad Period but guess what Triad pulled a credit check so they had to send them the imformation. My credit score is or was above 700 so why send me to triad now for trying to get out of this car and get a truck that I really need there is about 25 credit pulls on my credit file. And like I said earlier no I dont have bad credit Nissian credit approved me as long as I didnt trade the Kia in and citi auto will give me a preapprovel for 28000 so I know my credit is not the problem. I will not get the car repoed and ruin my credit as one salesman suggested that aint going to happen I just know I will not use terry reid auto ever again and Im telling everyone I know
