I've had my main vacuum line burst in a 1993 Audi 90, which knocked out the power brakes, power steering, and the idle control. I had no idea what was wrong and thought my car was dieing. I took it to Terry Winn Tire where I normally got service done. They found the problem and since that vacuum line was hard to find quickly, fabricated a new one for me. All of this they did for free as they said it was a very easy job. I was floored that they would not only diagnose, but fix the problem completely free of charge.

I have tried to contact owner but to know avail. Today noticed on their invoices that they lie about the mileage on the vehicle to cover up their fraudulent practices. When the vehicle went in to get the rear brakes replaced the vehicle had 114938 miles on it on the 10th of May. Then on the 14th of May when the vehicle was looked at by them and they said a master cylinder was needed they entered 115587 miles on the invoice. But yet today the 19th of May the odometer states that there is 115195 miles on the vehicle. An honest mistake ? You decide. My advice is that if a mechanic can not read an odometer then would you trust them to work on YOUR car. For all State Farm employees in Bloomington Il. ask yourself if you can trust these guy.
