I am a disabled veteran. I went back to college for vocational rehabilitation through the State of Texas. During my last semester, right before I was to do my internship and was going to graduate ( I had only 4 electives left to do), my program Chair, one Professor Herndon of the political Science Dept, confronted me by shouting and by getting hysteriacal, saying that I was an "entitled old, white veteran who felt like something was owed to me", but that I was "only owed an 'F". Further, he threatened me with being charged with Title IX sexual misconduct saying that he had plenty of students who would lie for him and swear to anything that he asked them to. I filed a complaint against him with the university but I was immediately retaliated against by colleagues of his, who sure enough filed Title IX charges against me, making up wild stories that I knew were patently false. I was told to leave the campus and to never return or that it would be entered into my scholastic records and that I would be ruined. Now, I am without a degree or a job and I owe student loans. I can seem to get no help through the DOJ or DOE, so I suppose that I am just completely out of luck. If you are white, a non-traditional student, or a vet, it would not be smart to even attempt to get an education here as they are extremely discriminatory and unprofessional in every way. They are hostile to what they call "white privilege".

So based on what you presented here. One day out of the blue, with you minding your own business one of your professors decided to start shouting at you and threatning to charge you with sexual harrassment.
There seems to be a part of the story being left out. What happened leading up to this shouting match? I would bet it revolve around a paper or test you turned in and received an "F".
