This is a brief (not all parts included) copy of a letter forwarded to the State Bar regarding my complaint.

Re:    Thomas A. Niederhoffer, Attorney and the Texas State Attorney General, Texas Attorney Generals Office OAG #0010590461; Cause #21198; Child Support $11,747.43 Mark W. Menard, Obligee

This letter is sent to you because my attorney advised me there is nothing he can do and that he is sorry.  I am seeking child support, funds and/or monies owed to me, including but not limited to an explanation as to how and why Mark W. Menard, Obligee is released from his child support obligations.

  Exhibit 1:  Chambers County, Texas District Clerk Public Records 1/11/2010 and pages 2-4 of financial activity report as of 03/13/2007 from Attorney General of Texas;
 Exhibit 2:  Winnie Hometown Press page 10, dated November 28, 2007 listing Mark W. Menard as a Top Ten fugitive.  Mr. Menard failed to comply with Court Order to appear at which time his attorney withdrew from representing him;
 Exhibit 3:  Agreed Order Confirming Support Arrearages and Judgment for Medical Expenses a hearing February 7, 2008 released Mark W. Menard, Obligee from his arrearages.  A hearing I personally was never notified of; and
 Exhibit 4:  letter dated and Order/Notice to Withhold Income for Child Support Administrative Writ of Withholding from the of the Texas Attorney Generals Office Amended date February 27, 2008.

During this period of my life I have dealt with paying:  a mortgage, car note, insurances, feeding and
caring for two teenage boys (my sons, I love with all my heart), including show animals such as:  a heifer, a hog, rabbits, a tarantula and the family pet dog. Our local church and school helped with what was allowable.  All this has inflated my depression brought on by stress and now cancer.

Consequently, I have lost a son, a home, a car and firm employment due to the added stress of this situation adding to my depression.  At the time my friends were fearful that I may have a nervous breakdown.  I am still trying to understand the neglect of my trusted attorney Mr. Neiderhoffer, who was at the time with the Firm of Haddox and Neiderhoffer, Baytown, Harris County, Texas including but not limited to the Texas Attorney Generals Office.

What do I need to do to receive the monies owed to me by Mark Menard, attorneys and/or the Attorney General of Texas office of support?

Please explain what recourses are available to me to right the wrong which has been stowed upon me?
