I purchased a 2015 Challenger through the internet and had the car delivered. The car shows up having gone through something traumatic. There is wavy body putty work all over with a very poor quickie paint job to make the car look good at camera distance. There is collision damage underneath the front end with the radiator and cooling fan pushed into the engine. There's a bad tire, an obviously replaced window and so much more, all of which cannot be seen from their many pictures. The cost to repair is over 13K. Car fax showed nothing.

We detailed all the issues, and they will not even respond. Frank and Miguel have their deceptive trade practices well perfected. After they secure your money, everything quickly changes.

Why would you spend 10's of thousands of dollars on something you have not actually inspected personally or at least hiring someone to inspect it for you? You say they didn't "disclose" it to you, well did you ASK? Did you ask for more close-up photos? Did you even ask for them to show you a detailed picture of the engine? Did you ask them to show you a video of the engine running?   By the way even if you did ask them if it has been in an accident if nothing shows up on the Car Fax and if it came to them like that, they could legitimatly say "As far as we know it hasn't been" and be correct.

Now, through a quick search I was able to find approximatly 25 2015 Callengers for sale within 100 miles of where you say you are in PA  Yet you went all the way to TX..Why?

Perhaps this was such a great deal you figured you got a bargain?  Where all you saw were dollar signs, and had no problem buying a car sight unseen "As-Is", well that is until you saw it.  Unfortunatly since you most likely bought  it "As-Is" everything on that car becomes your responsibility.

If you do eventually get them to take it back, even though they are under no requirement to do so....congratulations.  Otherwise good luck and enjoy your new car.
