Texas direct auto-Stafford TX, TX direct auto Ebay Buyer beware of "stuffing" extended warranty on finance deal!! Stafford, Texas
Buyer beware of finance "stuffing" finance contracts with extended warranty and saying it is a requirement for finance approval!!! I was forced to sign a contract with an extended warranty only to find out from the actual bank financing the vehicle that what Texas direct auto had done was auto fraud!!!
In the heat of the moment you tend to believe what the professional on the other side of the desk is telling you is honest and true, but these guys are committing fraud everyday and denying it upstairs in upper management!!!
I filed a complaint with management and they took the side of their finance agent saying he was a "good guy" and that was the first complaint they had ever received of him doing any wrong... At the end of the day, they're just denying any wrong doing every time!!!
Best thing to do is take your business somewhere else!!!
