I did some more investigastion on my own, called the company that is sigining off onthe checks Spring $ Associates, Ic. owner Romney Spring, he stated that this is been an on going problem. I still not sure about this company stating that some h*e someone got a hold of the bank account and is writting off these checks any were from 2,000.00 to 3,150.00. If this is a problem why are they not closing the accounts? I then spoke with the Bank issuing the checks The Talbot Bank in Easton Maryland 21601 asking me to send the check and letter to them at P.O. Box 949 Easton MD 21601.
