Well I placed an order for a stock I believed was mil-spec (they didn't state whether it was commercial or mil-spec, I took a gamble- pretty sure it's commercial and not what I wanted). I ended up finding mil-spec stock (buffer kit also) I wanted somewhere else and it was also $20 cheaper. I've been sending an email to them for four days now asking to cancel my order and none of them have been answered. Oh and the best part is their phone service is suspended so that they only have to worry about their online customer care service.

So I can't call and talk to a representative, it's all strictly online. But I know as soon as they answer me (if they answer me) I'll have to pay a $15 restocking fee (it says the product will be available soon, meaning they don't have it,but still)- because they don't know how to run a company properly. For anyone reading this if you are willing to lose money, wait a long time for your product, and love not getting your questions answered... go with TGSCOM. I bet their only revenue is individual's "restocking fee".

Well I finally got my order canceled. I had to have my brother in law physically go into their store in Green Bay, WI... all they said is they get about 1,000 emails a day and that's why they couldn't answer mine. It's weird though because I sent an email everyday day for four days... So I won't be buying from them online... maybe just at the store, but we'll see. Ohh and They were nice enough to wave the restocking fee (thank god).

I too experienced such lies as being in stock when ordering.  I have communications saying that wasn't the case.  I chose to file an FTC complaint under the Deceptive trade Practice act.  You don't entice someone to buy saying it is in stock only to change it later.  None the less if anyone does get things from this company it is because they are taking orders until they get volume discounts which then can under cut the lowest prices.
