None of the accusations and lies Johnson has been circulating can be backed by proof or evidence. They are the product of his diseased, deranged mind.
When Johnson moved down the block about 5 years ago, many of us were curious as to who would pay the McAuliffes so much money for a house worth less than half that now. The McAuliffes made a killing on that sale. But we soon learned Johnson was the sucker because he rapidly became the neighborhood showoff and has the loudest mouth on the block. He can be heard at least a half block aways shouting obscenities. And if you take a good look at him, you know why everyone around here calls him Ratface.
We dont know when it was done because Johnson has pulled no legal permits, but he raised his back yard to landscape it in n**i style the cold, artless geometry that Albert Speer would love totally uninviting and uninteresting. In the process, he caused soil to be banked against his neighbors garage. And trees were planted within inches of the neighbors garage and driveway. No root barriers were placed for these trees. Not only has this caused the neighbors garage to be wet most of the time due to flooding from his poorly installed, leaky and defective irrigation system and fountain of fetid water, but the roots have invaded the neighbors garage slab and driveway. We have seen the photos and the rotten wood removed from the garage wall in the attempts to save it.
When his neighbor, who is a world renowned researcher and professor of social work (chosen in 2005 by the delegation from the University of Southern Calfornia to go to Oslo to present imprisoned human activist Aung San Suu Kyi with an alternative Nobel prize) discovered why her garage was rotting away in her newly purchased house a year ago, she approached Ratface with an offer to repair the drainage problem at her own expense.
While in Johnsons back yard, where she and her rep were calmly explaining to Ratface what the problem was, Ratface apparently had one of his notably loud psychotic breaks and went into a tantrum of lies, denials and insults and ordered the neighbors off his property. So much for friendly negotiations.
So the professor contacted the city code violation inspectors and presented a list of what she knew to be unlawful code violations, including what she took to bean unlawful electrical installation placed by Ratface upon her garage wall.
The code inspectors visited Ratface Johnson, who then began his campaign of lies to discredit his neighbor and claimed to the inspectors that the neighbor was simply a troublemaker.
Then, of course, Ratface denied entry to the code inspectors so they could neither affirm nor deny the allegations.
Then Johnson wrote the city a letter, trashing and libeling his neighbors. After all, Ratface used to be a bigshot lawyer and officer of the court. He spent a few years in law school and so thinks he is untouchable. How could he be not credible? (He never tells anyone he was disbarred.)
Ratface circulated this letter. He gave a copy to his partner in crime, Bigboat Friesen, the other neighborhood showoff down on the corner (whose wife Ratface visits frequently when Bigboat isnt there. Isnt Hillary ugly enough?). Then he had Friesen approach the victimized neighbor with some kind of threat or chicanery.
And Ratface started corralling everyone he could find to tell them that the social worker professor had ruined the neighborhood. He even pulled aside her handyman to tell him this.
Ratface, a proven sociopath, has no remorse for his nefarious behavior and let t be known through Bigboat that he has no intention of apologizing for his nasty deeds.
Since we have been witnessing the antics of Thaddeus M. Johnson for over 5 years in this neighborhood and do not like him or his type (and we are not alone in this), we decided to pay the social worker neighbor a visit to discover what was trulygoing on. We found an honest, sincere, forthcoming elderly couple totally undeserving of the treatment being doled out by Ratface.
We were advised of other ways in which Ratface tries to intimidate these people. For example, how Ratface parks his guzzlers in the street so as to block his neighbors driveway. He has parked his dirty old Ford tank an inch or 2 from her driveway, leaving Ratface several feet to move his other guzzlers into his own driveway, but making it difficult for his neighbors to enter their
driveway.
Ratface is listed as a real estate and environmental lawyer working for developer PAPPAS INC., which hasnt been doing much developing since the depression started. And we know that Thaddeus M. (Ratface) Johnson is the type of real estate and environmental lawyer who uses his education to find loopholes in well meaning laws so as to escape them on behalf of the developers. He is a hired bully who yells, lies and intimidates until he gets his way. And the way people have become, you can bet plenty of bureaucrats and others have buckled rather than endure the tirades of Ratface. Since this was posted, we have heard from others Ratface has screwed.
Since Ratface refuses to cooperate to fix a problem he is causing and since he has been such an a*****e overall since he moved into this neighborhood, and since he evidently has no money, we suggest he change his ways and try to get an honest job preferably out of state. Maybe back in Oklahomo. We do not need his type here. He is ruining the neighborhood.
Woe be to Thaddeus M. Johnson if any further misfortune happens to our good neighbors he has been tormenting. We will all know he is behind it. And Ratface Johnson will learn that what he sows he will reap.
Thaddeus M. Johnson is, indeed, the turd in the hottub.
