We made a contract with Thai Sunshine Developments to fill our land with soil aboat 6 months ago. They have still not finished the job. We have complained about this issue several times but nothing is happening.
This is one of two contracts that Thai Sunshine Developments have broken "been stealing our money" without delivering what we have paid for. They act like simple thieves and speaks only bullsh*t when we contact them about their frauds. They should not be thrusted by anyone. They are glad to steal your money. Avoid them. We have just contacted a lawyer that look forward to deal with them.

also have a lot of evidence about the construction that is far from completed, and all the poor work.

I hope it will happen pretty soon. It is your responsebility. We will hold you responsible since the contract is between your company and us. I do not care what kind of an issue you got with your sub-contractor. To claim that 95 % of the land is filled has to be the understatement of this century !

Mr. Trym Staumo, your wife know very well who is filling the soil and also she know the price.
She also know that the land fill is 95% completed....
WE DO NOT SUPPLY LAND FILL!
We only contact the land fill supplier and ask him to do his his job.
IT IS NOT OUR JOB! Which is ALSO stated in the construction contract you and your wife has signed and agreed upon.
We are still working on the supplier to complete the last 5% of your soil, but what can we do when he tell us "I will do Monday".....and Monday he says "I will do Saturday"....and nothing happens.
What can we do about that other than report him to the police which will happen next week if he do not complete the land fill!
