In 2004, I signed over my home to this company. The home was placed into the trust. After getting my ex-husband to sign the paperwork, I was supposed to receive a copy of the paperwork that placed the house into the trust.
Everything pertaining to the house is still in my name, including the deed & the mortgage.
I lost $500 in appraisal fees in 2011 when I tried to buy another house. The fact that the underwriting department still held me liable for the property disqualified my from closing the loan.
All I want is the paperwork proving that I am not paying for this property.
