I called them to discuss a bill they say I have with them. I contacted the facility to whom claims I have/had an outstanding balance. The facility says they don't have me owing nor do they have/had an outstanding balance. I contacted Ms. Thomas who was rude and as soon as I stated I spoke with the billing department and owner and they both say I don't have a bill, this lady went off! She began yelling and said she wouldn't remove it til I paid! I don't even have a balance! She hung up on me which was very unprofessional. I called back and again spoke to the reception who was also rude and when I asked why are they both yelling and I'm not they both said because I won't pay. I explained, I'd gladly pay if I had a balance which I don't have. I asked to speak with someone over Ms. Thomas and was told she was the head hancho. They also said that I could send something in writing to disput but that would take up to 9 months to get a response! I'm shocked! How can this business be operational with irrate personell?
