 I ordered from this company before, but just ordered a week ago with EXPRESS USPS shipping. No order confirmation email, no tracking, nobody is replying to my emails or phone calls. Joshua is the name on the voicemail. I feel I've been scammed because I haven't received my order and nobody is getting back to me! Buyers beware! This company will leave you hanging with NO RESPONSE.

 The product was received and communication was sent by them. It must have been my end that didn't receive the communication. Great product and service after miscommunication and tech issues on my fiont was figured out.

I am one of the owners of the company.  Our team responded to this person within one hour (proof attached in Melissa's rebuttal above).  Our team also went above and beyond and did everything possible to make him happy.  I even called him personally myself to speak with him.   His name is Colin Carlsen and we would recommend that companies who see his name pay special attention.  He's not easy to deal with.   Two important things to note:  this is the very first time he has ordered from our company, and he filed this report only 2 days after ordering (not one week as he stated:  " I ordered from this company before, but just ordered a week ago with EXPRESS USPS shipping.")    

This negative report is uncalled for and unfair.  Joshua

This report isn't accurate.  This person ordered on Sept. 29th and he is in the system to receive a year's supply of deodorant.  He received a reply within one hour after we received the one and only message we ever got from him.  (Not sure how we can attach the screen shot here).  Then, one of our founders called this customer to make sure he understood why there was a delay in shippment.   We emailed this out to all our customers, but here it is:   Our fulfilment center used "Central Transport" (a freight/shipping company) for the first time.  This will be our last time using them, we had a massive order of deodorants lost in transit (between Charlotte and Ohio!).  And now we have  brand new large order into our manufacturing.  The reason for the delay.  We've taken great care of this customers and this report should be removed.  Thank you.  Melissa
