The Blade Shop ,The Blade Shop is a ripoff,they'll charge your credit card immediately while not having ordered items in stock. Knoxville Internet
On 5 July I ordered a knife from the blade shop and noticed that they immediately charged my credit card $93.50 and emailed an order confirmation. The next day they notified me by email that the knife was on backorder and they expected a shipment in two weeks.
I asked them to send a substitute item and selected two other knives. They emailed back and said these two knives are on backorder as well. My response to them was that I was willing to continue doing business with them and was even prepared to recommend them to friends and the company I work for, all depending on good customer service and timely delivery.
After my last email,the blade shop ceased all communication with me and my suspicion was confirmed that the blade shop is running a scam. They are ripping people off. It is difficult dealing with these thieves and I would like to see them put out of business. Apparently the blade shop is still doing business.
Why is the blade shop allowed to continue deceiving the public?
