The Blue Dot claims they strive for 5 star service.
The phone I ordered had water damage, a bad charging port, and the 3G wouldn't enable.
The Blue Dot is not standing behind their service and return guarantee. As a mother I have to make the choice to go phoneless because I need to but Christmas gifts for my kids.

We stand behind our products 100% for our customers. There is never a need to leave negative feedback. We are a small business and had a number of people out of the office these past few weeks during our most busy of times. I was also out due to my wife having our first child.
