She came into Fame Lashes in Mira Mar and handed over a check for $200 worth of services and the check bounced. She kept calling and apologizing and saying that she was coming over to bring cash and she never did. She left me waiting for four hours and still kept calling and lying.
I hire an attorney and find out that she is really known as Kathleen Tangcoy Legaspi or Kit - she introduced herself to me as Sophia Legaspi.
She has scammed many many people before me. She was even written up in the LA Times!
Filed a small claims suit. If you get into anything with her just sue - she will waste your time with excuses.
