The Broaddus Agency Aka Cydcor cheated employees and screwed the customers even more fraudulent ripoff business ripoff liars Renton Washington
I was one of the employees that was slyly blindsided into believing that this was a real oppertunity and gave it everything I had.
As a result of my putting in putting in 14hr days, working 6 days a week, almost leaving my wonderful boyfriend of a year because "he wasn't supportive of my future".
4 MONTHS later I'm looking at having my car repossessed, my phone was turned off, I haven't been able to pay bills almost the whole time I worked there, and haven't givin my roommate rent for this months rent and it's the middle of the month.
Everyone that I worked with in my office had a great background in all areas of Marketing, Finance, Management etc. They prey on young, good looking, smart, go getting attiudes and little to no actual sales experience.
They don't want you to have experience in Sales so you won't be put off by the fact you have to pay for all your expenses down to your own office supplies, hotel rooms for road trips (so you can pay to go "work" in an un-tapped territory), all gas and car maintenance etc.
They convinced me and countless others of payment terms I would recieve such as "owners strokes", "raised commissions", "guaranteed salaries" and so much more.
None of us could survive, we weren't even making minimum wage...far below actually. They had us go out of the country and lie to the boarder why we were going up there. Work up there and not pay taxes, be told we would be paid in US funds and find out it would be cut to the exchange rate.
When we would ask for reports on our production logs due to our paychecks being hundreds / thousands of dollars off, we were told we were "stupid" and "didn't want to understand" how we got paid.
Reports were always with some other Manager and we couldn't have an explinantion on where the figures were until the person we actually worked for got them. I want to know why "my employer" didn't know how much I was getting paid.
No Accountability from these people, they promise you the world and use ultimate jedi mind trick manipulation to use you as a number for their own production and profit.
This organization is souless, and a horrible display of greed and you should run from them if you ever interview there.
If you have ever been wronged or cheated by The Broaddus Agency or Cydor (same thing), look into public records and get information of others seeking restituition.
