Ive spent every waking hour in shock, horror regreting doing business with this outfit. My docs don't match theirs, they refused to give me copies of loan docs I signed. I have an extraordinary commitment to this .People and businesses are being destroyed daily by this shell game & loan flipping procedure. Banks like this who think they are more powerful than our Government are using the very system founded to protect people, against people.

I was foolish enough to finance a commercial loan with this bank. I purchased 6 properties in Kirkwood,Mo. with the hope of zoning change to build a Med Office. After spending hundreds of thousands of dollars at the direction of the Bank, my property was taken because they claim I was in default. Guess what! I NEVER RECIEVED A STATEMENT , I NEVER RECIEVED A NOTE ASSIGNMENT! This company is a shell operation,no one really knows who the principals are.( I guess they thought the zoning was done and the property was worth 3 times as much)

The Business Bank of St Louis, owner, board members took my performing loan, created an asset company AKA Meramec Assets, sold my performing appraised asset of $1,270,000.00 to themselves for $10.00 (board members then stepped down according to my loan officer at the time) The sale states I was in default when in fact I was current on my payments .I was not notified of the sale, Was told they did not have to tell me.In essence these guys are swift, they created a special purpose entity ---sounding like ENRON ?

(the investors are not responsible for more than they invest..$10.00 Limited Liability) The Business Bank of St Louis knowingly signed a loan extension with me October 9th 2009 when in fact they did not own the loan, I discovered by complete accident six months later .Once discovered, demands were made on me to backdate documents in the right entity name or they would call the note. To make matters WORSE. This one single bank accepted 30 MILLION DOLLARS in taxpayer tarp money....a few months before.

The strange thing is, they foreclosed on the property, bought it back, resold it  to themselves (or a friend for holding) NOW they are sueing me for the note and better yet.I got a 1099 ! I'm in the fight of my life with these guys.
Justice should not come at a price, it's a civil right. I  had a lawer who did not bother to respond so the secret little invisible company got a SUMMARY JUDGEMENT against me. I entered the court PRO Se to defend myself. My Wonderful Judge SET ASIDE THE MOTION !

I refuse to be intimidate by these people and will fight for my right . All the Lawyers I've spoke to want a large retainer to defend me. I WANT JUSTICE  !  Im not an unscrupulous lawyer who doesnt care about truth, justice or fairness, anything beyond making a buck. I feel like this is the most important thing Ill ever do, this is my life, my reputation, my future, my children and grandchildrens future.

All I want is to resume a normal lifestyle, stop the intentional infliction of emotional distress, prolonged delay, and crushing expenses required to keep on fighting. I really honestly dont have any confidence that any of the documents the Courts received on this judgment or foreclosures are valid. I even question the Trustee for the sale who in fact is the Plaintiffs Counsel. I now question if they now are part owners in my property. I feel like Im in the middle of an Enron scandal, this is so much bigger than me

Ive been held to a higher standard for most of what Ive accomplished. This would include the being charged more interest that others. I have a wonderful reputation in the community, Im trying to survive. Question, what did they do with the $30 million in TARP money? I should have been the first to get a fair loan; The idea of Tarp was to help the good costomers, keep extending credit while the economy was bad. I was not in default and a great customer. With no resources or knowledge Ive been lead like a lamb to slaughter. Beware of this Bank......
