I have been using CBD medical marihuana for treatment of a serious illness. I run out of it and decided to look online. Unfortunately for me I bumped with THE CANNABIS ONLINE DISPENSARY (COD) and place an order. According to COD's policies they have to approve the order first and once approved it, they send an email requesting payment which must be done either by Western Union or Moneygram. Attached to this email, there is an image with the information of the person and agency the customer must send the payment to.  I followed the instructions and sent the payment. 

I was expecting the product next day but this did not came. So I called them and they sent me a second email, telling me that the carrier they use for delivery has the delivery on hold because I need to have insurance on the product otherwise they will not deliver. The cost of the insurance was $289.00 and it was completely refundable once I get the product. At this point, I realized I was scammed. The name of the false carrier is upsxpress and this is its URL: http://www.upsxpress.us/track-shipment/
