Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I too was hoping to start an at-home business after I lost my 9 to 5 job. It all sounded so simple, and the initial costs(to my personal credit cards) seem worth it since I was told I could right off the cost to my new business. I was in cantact with Davin Perkins at The Coaching Department. Those of us that have been taken in by this scam know what comes next, so I will spare the details at this time.

The constent upsales of all the different things I would need for a on-line business started to tip me off to this pyramid scheme. However, not before I charged over $12,000 to my credit cards. Other companies that are part of this web are Daeus Financial, Your Entity Solution, Members Learing Center. These people prey on people like me, desparate for some type of income source. Maybe some of you who have been hurt by this have heard them talk about "OPM" other people's money. Well that is what we are to them.

I'm feel foolish, and I have been strecthed to my financial limit because I still have no income. This group of scamers must be stop! Please, if there is any reliable way, and correct way to file against this group I what to know, and will then file.  Good luck to us all that have fell victim

Sincerely,

#2Consumer Suggestion

Tue, March 12, 2013

I almost found myself in your shoes. I found what I thought would be a good way to earn some extra money from home before I was laid off. Funnily enough, I'd only been looking for a few ebooks online when this company "Profit web systems" popped up. My computer automatically inputs all my data into ANY empty feilds. It sent off payment before I could stop it!! I thought I'd lost  $97 that fast.

Then I call the customer service center which is apparently named "members learning center", told them what happened and they told me I had to go through the 30 days too in order to get my refund. I go back to my checking account and I see another ding for an extra $27!!

Freaking out, I called my bank (FirstBank) and told them what had happend and what I was told. My checking account card is VISA. The rebuttals department head told me that NOBODY is allowed to hold your money if you decide you made a mistake and want that money back. He said it espicially goes against VISA laws and regualtions. He said it didn't matter if my computer malfunctioned or if I actually approved the transaction or not. He said they are NOT allowed to hold your money once they ask for a refund.

My suggestion is to call your bank. Hopeing you have VISA....they will return most (if not all) of your money and then YOUR BANK will personally go after these scammers themselves and you will no longer be part of the situation. They will also moniter your account afterwards to make sure no other companies with the same 'signatures' can charge your account in the future.

Hope this helps. My banker took a huge burden off my shoulders and this all happened in a matter of hours!!

Good luck

After I received a "rebuttal" from the BBB on my complaint, I answered the rebuttal. Checking for a response to  that I found that my case was closed.  However, I did notice that "The Coaching Department" now falls under the new title of " eVertex Solutions, LLC"  BEWARE!, this is just another way they cover and hide.

response after filing with Utah BBB

The Coaching Department ebusinesslearning, members learning center. Pyramid scam, racked up credit cards with false promises Internet, Utah    This is a  follow up to my initial report filed on the Coaching Department. I filed a formal complaint with the Utah BBB. The response from the Coaching Department is they have done nothing wrong. Big Suprise!

They claim that 3 days is long enough for the access to on-line learning, if you know if it's right for you or not. They also claim that the flood of phone calls that follow to get you to "up-grade" has nothing really to do with them, and that at no time do they say that any of the up grades are necessary for the business to work. They fall further back on " It is up to each individual to put in the time to make their business work".

I countered their claim, but worry that nothing will be settle. I probably will never see any money, in fact I have to file for bankruptcy. This scam  the Coaching Department and all the affliated groups that contact you upon trying to start a business, is sickening, because they actually hide behind almost being legit.

All I can say to all that read my reports, is stay away from the Coaching Department, if you are considering it, and if you have been burnt by them like I have, I hope that if enough of us file against these jerks, something justice may come out of it.
