The College Network ripoff give 3 days to cancel NO MORE NO EXCUSES not nice people to do business with Stafford Texas
The company gives you 3 days to cancel..3 business days. I tried to cancel 2 days late. The person who signed me up said she didn't care and told me that her boss told her that he didn't care. When I talked to The VP of customer relations, he told me that her boss would not ever say that. He then told me he would aske him. He said when he did the boss said he never said that.
When I tried to confront and ask the person who signed me up why she lied to me, 3-4 phones messages later, she refuses to return any calls. They are willing to cut my payments in half for 6 months, but I don't want to deal with a lying manipulating company anymore.
They say that once you finish X amount of classes you are then enrolled in Excelcior college of nursing. That is a lie. You have to apply and hope that after $4000+ you are accepted. I was then told by the VP that all of the classes are through Excelsior. So, what is the real deal?? Buyer beware, read the fine print and make sure that this is the "Publishing Company" that you want to go through....

Contact the attorney general in your state and the state that The College Network is located in. Some of the states are starting to look into this ripoff. The more complaints the more likely the AG offices will respond.
