Earlier of this year, I purchased a cover cover from the Cover Factory thru E-bay. In about six months, there are several area of this cover have cracked and splits. I contacted the comapny thru Ebay and had one response back from them. They asked to pay some charge for warrenty replacement. I asked them to re-consider since it is life time warrenty. Since then, I have not heard from them. I also contacted E-bay for assistant and I still did not hear from them. The phone number provides thru E-bay for this comapny does not play role of phone. The phone number is a working number, but there is no real person to answer nor to call you back.
