I engaged the Design Boyz for a website project after they responded to my Odesk job posting. Their proposal seemed well thought out and they were generally professional. I should have realized that red flags were popping up as the project progressed.

Every time I spoke to them, they asked about being paid additional amounts of money (price of project agreed upon up front with the understanding that 50% would be paid up front and 50% upon successful completion of the job). When I told them that I would not pay additional money until I saw some results, they began to withdraw and stop responding to emails/calls.

When they told me that they need additional money because payroll time is coming and they need to pay their employees, I told them no again (need to see results first). At that point, they completely stopped responding. Dealing with the credit card company to get my money back now.  

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
