My son wanted the Canon SX50. After researching online, thedigitalpros.com had the best price. It was not a small price difference either, they were one-hundred dolars cheaper then anyone else. I placed the order on their website. The next day, I get a call from a man who said his name was Jerry. He states that they did not have the 3 digit number from the back of my card, even though I know I entered it. This is LIE NUMBER ONE (Another post said the same thing happened to her). They apparantly say that they need that number just to pressure you to buy additinal accessories. This guy who calls himself Jerry asked me why I did not buy a battery and charger for the camera. I said that it comes with a battery and charger. He said no it doesnt .This is LIE NUMBER TWO. While on the phone with him, I immediately looked up the camera again, and every website states the battery and charger are included. I could not believe what he said next, he actually called me an a--hole, he told me that he did not like my attitude and that he was going to cancel my order entirely!!! I asked to speak with the owner, and he said he is the owner. I called back several times, and he is the one to answer every time. DO NOT deal with these people. Extremely rude and unprofessional!
