The District at Scottsdale Apartments No Security or assistance with noise or smoking violations Scottsdale AZ
We pay a lot of money to live at The District at Scottsdale. They also have an expensive amenity fee. Our rent is over $2,000 a month with amenity fee. Sure they gave 2 months free and that is dispursed so our rent is only $1700. That is a lot of money for an apartment. The parking is HORRIBLE!! We have to walk so far to get to our apartment. Not doable with groceries.
Then there is the swimming pool nightmare. Not only are there people having sex in the jaccuzi (multiple occasions) the music is insanely loud after 10pm, pit bulls swimming in the pool, tons of kids screaming (all after 10pm) I have a child that needs to go to school. The elevators reek of weed and smoke. Nothing is being done, no security guards., For the price we pay, we need security!!
