The E.F.T. Group, LLC The E.F.T. Group got my membership revoked and they do not even own the Healthclub Raleigh, North Carolina
I was a member at Retro Fitness in North Wales, PA. I enjoyed going there everyday because I have a health condition that I am trying to get rid of. I decided to take personal training with The E.F.T Group. What a mistake, and a nightmare! Their management is suppose to promote diet and fitness, and in the process they are trying to make dates and get ladies phone numbers. The staff is like a revolving door. The gal I had train me was fooling around with the Assistant Manager of The E.F.T. Group. What poor conduct and disgrace to the profession! I called the company and demanded another trainer. I then got recommended to another trainer by one of E.F.T.'s Management who said this trainer that he is recommending me to, is very compassionate. I liked this new trainer a lot, and the fitness routines he gave me. The only problem is, I did not like everyone else in my training sessions. Very unprofessional! I wanted to get treated like everyone else. On top of that, I am unemployed. I am not putting the money out if I am not getting trained properly. These trainers have affairs with clients. And if they do want you as a friend, or do not like you, they treat you like garbage. I had this woman that had the same trainer I did, in the middle of my training sessions. She made an idiot out of herself with the trainer I had, and also other ones and the management. This woman did not even do all of her workouts. She talks the whole time and makes other people late for their sessions. She gave me a lot of crap, and made a nuisance out of herself. I found out that she was involved with the trainer I had. The E.F.T Group told me if anyone see's their clients, they will get fired. I was treated very unfair and wrong by the E.F.T. Group. They also called the police on me, and told me if I go back to the healthclub again, they will have me arrested. I am no longer permitted back to Retro Fitness again. The trainer does not want to speak or have any contact with me. How Compassionate! All because of this immature woman. I am seeking a 1 year refund from E.F.T. Group for insufficient training. I will not recommend anyone to Retro Fitness or The E.F.T. Group. Folks choose your healthclub wisely.

I spoke to the Customer Service Director, Brian Berman of The E.F.T. Group about them revoking my membership form the gym when they do not even own it. They try to blame it on the Health Club for their imcompetence because neither of them knows how to handle issues. Both the Health Club and EFT discriminate people. They also blamed me the client for being unprofessional when their management and trainers have affairs with members of the Health Club and associate with them on social sites. Friends of the trainers give problems to other members in the gym, and they have to suffer and lose their membership, which is unfair while the other gets to stay. Their management tells clients that they would get fired if they are involved with any of their clients. They lie so bad, it is a disgrace to the profession. Run far and fast from Retro Fitness at the North Wales, PA location.

I faxed my complaint to The E.F.T. Group, LLC. They do not respond or care about clients or business. They only care about their trainers friends who get intimate with them but tells other clients they would get fired if they have anything to do with them outside of business. The trainers friends and women they are involved with gives other members a hard time. When you complain, The E.F.T. Group and Retro Fitness gets your membership revoked blaming the client/member for starting problems for these cheap bimbo's their trainers are involved with for giving innocent other members a hard time. Especially when they are trying to get fit and take of their health problem. This one woman gave me a hard time, and was being a nuisance, that is involved with the trainer I had, and who is on his Facebook and sees him outside of business. If these trainers or healthclub staff does not like you, they will see that your membership will be lost. Especially if they are not your friends. You get treated like garbarge. Very unprofessional and poor business on both ends!
If you want to get in shape, stay away from Retro Fitness and The E.F.T. Group at the North Wales location. You will get your membership lost. Also, if you happen to be unemployed because of the poor economy, do not let them know. It only gets worse.
