I went to The Eye Associates to have my eyes evaluated and to possibly get a new prescription for my glasses. After being seen by the Dr. he had a tech. check my eyes and write a prescription for my glasses. I took the prescription to Lens Crafters and got new glasses. My vision was worse than before. I then went to the Eye Doctor at Lens Crafters and found that the Tech at Eye Associates wrote the wrong prescription. Once corrected I could see fine. I sent an email to the President of The Eye Associates to tell him about the problem and received no reply. The next thing I know I got a bill for $100.00 from the Eye Associates for Co Pay... When I told them I would not pay due to their "MALPRACTICE" they placed it for collection which is now on my credit report. I think it's illegal for Non Doctor types to write prescriptions . What a purely money hungry bunch they are.
