The Furniture Mall Sleigh Bed Crumbles/ No Protection Plan Duluth Georgia

We purchased 3 bedroom suites from The Furniture Mall and a 5 year Gold Protection Plan on December 23, 2014. On February 20, 2016, my daugther's side rail of her Sleigh bed broke in half causing the rest of the bed to crumble. No problem, right! We are protected by the 5 Year Protecfion Plan. We contacted Guardsman to create a claim for repair or replacement of the bed frame. The technician came out and took one look and said it wasn't anything he could do. We would need to insist that they replace the bed which is something that Guardmans and The Furniture Mall is not willing to do so. Guardsman contact me a week later to state that they could only refund me the plan amount because The Furniture Mall is no longer in business with their company. I contacted The Furniture Mall store to speak to the store manager just to be insulted and hung on by a sales associate pretending to be the store manager. Contact the DM for The Furniture Mall. He was an older person that didn't care, clueless and try to blame my daughter for breaking the side rail. The Furniture Mall is a joke. They use bait and switch with the protection plans so they don't have to replace the paper made furniture.
