I paid for full coverage car insurance through The General Insurance Co.

 

On May 29, 2015 my Ford Fusion was flooded (around 9pm) due to heavy rains in my area. I called The General on May 30th to report this incident. This started the "gates of hell" with these people!!!

 

I was told to have my car towed to a body shop of my choice; done.

 

I got request after request for document after document to be sent to them.  They said that they would pay to do the work on the car after each requested document; stating that as soon as I returned the documents to them.

 

After I refused to send another document (about 3 months after the accident) to them, they refused to pay for my car. My car still sits at the same Ford dealership & it's been 5 months now!!!

 

Help!!!
