I ordered 2 items from the gift necklace for Christmas presents. I paid through PayPal and it was immediately taken out of my account. The site said my order might take up to 3 days to process and then allot 10 days to arrive. They gave me a tracking link. After 5 days, I started checking the status. I got the same message over and over about taking 3 days to process and 10 days to arrive. I got suspicious at that point and started trying to contact them. No phone number. I have sent 4 or 5 e-mails via their link but have not heard back from any of them. I fear that I have been ripped off. I have not yet contacted PayPal because I was hoping the company would eventually respond. If I don't hear something soon, I will contact PayPal and see if I can get my money back.
I think the company might be in China, although one address shows California.
I am really disappointed that my daughter and son-in-law won't have their Christmas gifts but I am angry that I am getting ripped off. A senior on a fixed income cannot afford to replace the lost money.
