Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I booked an appointement over the phone 2 weeks in advance for a Sunday morning keratin treatment.  The treatment was part of a 3 pack deal my sister purchased from them.  They booked my appointment with no problem.  After driving 45 minutes and booking a Sunday morning babysitter, I get there for the girl to tell me I was not in the system.  She didn't even apologize and that she can't understand why someone would book me anyway, I'm  not allowed to be part of my sister's 3 pack.  So she acted as if I did something wrong.  Meanwhile my sister retrieved her confirmation email for the booking.  So we even had proof that they screwed up and booked me.  Still no apology.

After asking her to rectify the situation, I sat there for an additional 45 minutes to wait for the manager to show up for her shift.  She finally walks in and passes right by me, not even acknowledging my existence.  Then she asks me what the problem is as if it's my fault they screwed up my appointment.  Then she goes on again to say I wasn't even suppose to use my sister's 3 pack!  I didn't know, my sister obviously didn't know, and they booked me an appointment!!!!  Still no apology

I demanded a refund because I refuse to ever step back into that place again or give them my money. They never refunded the money ---the best they offered was to rebook the appointment.  I am never giving them my business again.

So how exactly are you ripped off, when you were trying to use your sisters benefits? How exactly can you ask for a refund when obviously someof the product was used. Sounds to me that you feel entitled to use your sisters benefits and when they told you that you couldnt, you threw a hissy fit. The fact that they found your sisters appt. makes your claims sound really fishy.

So asking for a refund of something you neither paid for nor were ever expected to recieve makes you out to be the scammer. Try again. And really you want them to apoligize to you for not giving you something for free? Wow!! Its consumers like you with that entitlement issue that sickens ppl. So they didnt have an appt for you. WAH WAH WAH!!!!! Deal with the fact that ppl are human, mistakes can and do happen, and computers were not built by divinity.

Heres a apology, Im sorry youre wrong to treeat a business this way. Especially since you were not going to pay for it anyways. You want to hold them to a standard that you yourself do not live up to. Next time, why not give away all your things, then by the time you get to the salon, Karma may have caught up with you and they MIGHT give you something for nothing.
