I purchased the Halo Triton Starter Kit from them about 4 months ago. The quality of their product design is questionable.. their customer service is terrible! I was charging the (manual) triton battery with the usb charger (supplied in their kit) and noticed a burning smell.. the battery was hot and the button was melting into the battery!! They did offer to replace the faulty battery, to which I refused. I work in the field of engineering (aviation) so I'm pretty fluent in Quality Assurance standards/compliance (as they pertain to electromechanical components). Recently, there have been quite a few incidents involving the explosion of electronic cigarettes (eCigs). That being the main reason why I requested a refund over a replacement for the return of the purchased kit. They have refused.
For anyone who is looking to purchase a quality eCig.. look for the "CE" marking on the product or a Certificate of CE/ROHS Compliance.

Have been using Halo for pretty long time now. My battery is on charge all day on Computer and no issue at all. Not sure how it works with wall charger if you keep on charging but no issue at all. The battery last so long and triton vape pretty well. Have been able to give up bloody tobacco that was killing. Did try other brands and wasted money. Not sure whats wrong with this case but i am quite comfortable with it.
I dont think halo has had any incidence with battery. Many chinese have that CE/ROHS cert as they claim - last thing i would do is - buy from chinese.
