The high road program is a DUI program that is demonstrating hate toward non Latino and non white clients not to mentioned they have zero colored employee employed there also. The are showing huge signs of favoritism toward non colored clients and displaying toward the colored clients extortion, fraud, discrimination, higher pay, longer program, intentional program to hinder the colored clients from the completion from discharge of DUI class to be a burden or to have a hateful vibe in the class to discourage the colored clients from completing the process or just bringing a hateful environment that create tension to cause a situation that's not peaceful intentionally to demonstrate rascim and to cheat clients out of money.
