I ordered 2 holsters from The Holster Store's website and received ones different from what I ordered. 

I was given a refund code by phone on April 12, 2011 and returned the holsters to The Holster Store first class mail with insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation.  On April 18, 2011, The day the holsters were delivered, I received an email notifying me that the holsters I received were the ones I ordered  since The Holster Store does not carry the holsters I claimed I ordered.  I sent links to the pages where I ordered the holsters they claimed they didn't carry and The Holster Store responded in an email admitting they had made a mistake but said they would only exchange my items for something else.  That wasn't  acceptable to me because they didn't have the holsters I ordered and I had already bought one from a local retailer April 13, 2011 the day after they promised a refund on the phone and gave me a refund code to include with my return.  I notified The Holster Store that if they wouldn't refund my money I would dispute the credit card charges

-something I've never had to do before. 

I haven't received a refund and The Holster Store is trying to defraud me of the $90.86 credit card charge by telling my credit card company that they never received the holsters I returned but I have USPS tracking confirmation they were delivered and I also have an email from The Holster Store, after the return was delivered, notifying me that I would receive a refund for my order minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
